When is my rental payment due?
Rent payments are due on the 1st day of each month and considered late on the 5th day of the month and subject to late fees.
Who do I contact for electric service?
Progress Energy @ 407-629-1010.
Who do I contact for water service?
American Industrial Center sends water invoices to each tenant on a quarterly basis.
Who do I contact with maintenance questions?

Who do I contact for trash removal?
Each tenant provides their own trash removal service and may contract with whichever company they choose. Some links are provided under the Utilities links to the right.
Can I use my truck well or parking lot for outside storage?
No. Outside storage of any sort is prohibited in the City of Longwood, according to City code.
What is LEEP
LEEP is the Longwood Economic Enhancement Program. Which will commence July 15. 2011. All businesses or property owners in a LEEP zone are eligible to apply for various grants, tax refunds, and tax credits for job creation, housing development, and hazardous material cleanup. These benefits will be provided primarily by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). There will be a Longwood Council Meeting June 20, 2011 at 7PM with a public hearing (item 10E)to read Resolution No. 11-1285, designating the areas outlined on the map as the Longwood Economic Enhancement Program (LEEP)areas and designating the Longwood Economic Enhancement rogram (LEEP) area as a brownfield area for the purpose of economic development and environmental remediation and rehabilitation. How can I get Florida tax refunds for creating jobs through the LEEP program?
As a business owner in AIC, which is in a LEEP zone, you have the benefit of the FDEP Brownfield Redevelopment Bonus Fund. You will have to meet specific criteria for creating permanent jobs.
